FAQs

How can I book my free 30-min consultation?

To book your free online consultation, use this booking link and pick a time that suits you, or send an email to dalila@dalilife-nutrition.com and I will reply to arrange a date and time.

What does the first online visit (after the free consultation) involve?

The main aim of the first visit is to get to know you and understand how I can help you: the focus will be on what you eat and your lifestyle, any diets you have followed in the past, the reasons behind certain behaviours and/or food choices, your goals, and any health issues you would like to improve. All this information will allow me to create a highly personalised programme tailored to your needs.

What does the follow-up visit involve? Is it necessary?

The follow-up visit, which takes place online and lasts about 30 minutes, includes:

  • Reassessment of dietary, exercise and physiological history;
  • Adjustment of the dietary plan;
  • Monitoring and reassessment of your nutrition goals

Follow-ups consist of monitoring and adjusting the diet and assessing and discussing any difficulties, in order to present solutions and strategies for continuing the programme in the best possible way.

Why can generic diets be a poor fit for IBS?

IBS symptoms can be influenced by many factors, including food triggers, eating habits, stress and individual digestive sensitivity. Generic diets often overlook these differences and may lead to unnecessary restrictions. A personalised approach can help you notice what works best for your body. It is used alongside, not instead of, the care of your doctor.

How long until I notice changes?

This varies a lot from person to person and depends on your starting point, goals, body response and consistency, so I cannot promise any specific result or timeline. Some people notice changes in energy, digestion or clarity around food choices within a few weeks, while more stable habits usually take several months. My approach focuses on sustainable habits, not quick fixes.

Do you work with specific health conditions?

I offer nutritional support to people with nutrition-related concerns, especially digestive discomfort and lifestyle-related concerns, alongside their doctor. I do not diagnose or treat diseases. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, please tell me about it in our free 30-minute consultation, where we can see whether I can support you or whether you should first see a healthcare professional.

What’s the difference between single sessions and packages?

Single sessions are ideal if you want clarity on a specific topic, need a second opinion, or prefer a one-time, educational approach. Packages offer continuity and follow-up, weekly support, and time to adjust strategies based on real-life feedback. Nutrition is a process, not just information, and packages allow us to adapt, refine, and support you over time.

Are specific tests required for the consultation?

If you have any medical conditions, recent blood/stool tests (taken no more than a year ago) or a report from a specialist doctor are required. The need for further investigations will be decided during the first consultation. For a healthy person, check-ups may be necessary if the last ones were carried out a long time ago, but even in this case it is difficult to determine which ones in advance; everything will be decided after the first consultation with the patient.

Can I cancel my plan?

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of booking without giving a reason (see the pricing page and the withdrawal form). Plans can be paid in full or in monthly instalments, and do not renew on their own. If you cannot continue later for reasons beyond your control, please write to me and we will look for a fair solution together, for example rescheduling sessions you have not used. Commitment works best when it is chosen, not forced, so please start a programme when you feel ready.

Still unsure? You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s what the first session is for
