This Privacy Policy describes how DaliLife Nutrition collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users who visit the website and use the offered services. Protecting your privacy and personal data is very important. Therefore, I invite you to carefully read this policy before using the site or providing any personal information.
For each type of data, this policy explains why it is used, on what legal basis, who receives it and for how long it is kept. Where I need your explicit consent (for example for health information that you choose to share), I will ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.

2. Data Collected
The following personal data may be collected:
- Contact data: name, email address, phone number.
- Messages and booking data: what you write in an email or other message to me, your booking details and the answers you give in the booking form.
- Health data you choose to share: for example medical history, symptoms, eating habits, tests or diagnoses. Before we agree how, please do not send them by email or chat. After you book, we will agree a safe way to share them.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details in the hosting provider’s server logs. The site itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
I use personal data to: reply to your messages; manage bookings and consultations; provide the personalised nutritional service you ask for; meet tax, accounting and professional obligations; keep the site and the service secure; and, only if you ask for it and give your consent, send updates or a newsletter.
4. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Data processing is based on:
- execution of a contract or pre-contractual steps you ask for (booking, consultations, replying to your messages);
- legal obligations (invoicing, tax and professional record keeping);
- your explicit consent, given separately, for health information you choose to share and for any newsletter or marketing;
- my legitimate interest in keeping the site and the service secure.
5. Data Retention
Records of consultations and invoices are kept for the period required by law (for tax records in Italy normally ten years). Messages that do not lead to a service are deleted within 12 months. You can ask me to delete data that I am not legally required to keep.
6. Data Sharing
Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
However, they may be shared with service providers strictly necessary for business operations, such as:
- the booking provider (Calendly, which also uses Stripe for payments);
- my email provider;
- the messaging and social platforms you choose to write to me on (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn), which act under their own privacy terms;
- video conferencing tools used for consultations;
- the web hosting provider.
These providers act on my instructions or under their own privacy terms. If data is processed outside the European Union, safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
7. Data Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are adopted to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, or misuse.
However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Analytical Tools
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
If you choose to open the booking calendar (Calendly, which also uses Stripe) or to play a video (YouTube), that provider loads and may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under its own privacy policy. These services are loaded only after you click.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be asked first.
9. User Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction or deletion;
- restrict or object to processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact me at the email address above. You can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or, if you live in Denmark, to Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.dk).
10. Third-Party Services
The site may contain links to external sites or platforms. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy & Disclaimer

Welcome to Dalilife Nutrition. Please read these Terms and Conditions, along with the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer, before using this site and the services offered. When you book a service you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Use of the Site and Acceptance
You can browse this website freely. These Terms apply to the use of the site and, once you book, to the service contract between you and me. At booking you will be asked to accept them, together with the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
The site offers online nutritional counselling, personalised programmes and general information about healthy eating, including:
- nutrition support for digestive wellbeing
- principles of balanced eating
- plant-based and Mediterranean-style eating
- food education
- mindful and intuitive eating
All services are provided online.
3. Nature of the Service
The consultations are provided by a nutritionist registered with the Italian Order of Biologists and are for educational and dietary support. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In case of illness or acute symptoms, always consult your doctor or specialist. Never stop or change prescribed treatment because of nutritional advice without speaking to your doctor. The service is not an emergency service.
4. Intellectual Property
The texts, plans, materials and digital resources I create are protected by copyright. You may use the personalised material I give you for your own personal use. Copying, sharing, selling or republishing it without my written permission is not allowed. Some images on the site belong to third parties or are used under licence and remain the property of their owners.
5. Payments and Bookings
Payment is made in full before the start of the service. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans can alternatively be paid in equal monthly instalments, each paid in advance at no extra cost; the plan is a commitment for its whole period (3, 6 or 12 months), so choosing instalments does not allow you to end it early and all instalments remain due, subject to your legal right of withdrawal below. Prices are listed on the English site in Danish kroner (DKK) and on the Italian site in euros, include VAT, and may be updated for future bookings. Services are confirmed only after the payment, or the first instalment, is received. Subscription plans end automatically at the end of their period; to continue, you give your consent again and make a new payment.
6. Cancellations
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the session may be considered as completed. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason, by emailing dalila@dalilife-nutrition.com (you can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page). If you ask for the service to start within those 14 days, you will pay only for the part already provided up to the moment you withdraw, in proportion to the full plan price, and anything you have paid beyond that will be refunded within 14 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Specific results from nutritional consultations are not guaranteed, as these depend on individual factors such as lifestyle, adherence, and clinical conditions. No responsibility is assumed for the improper use of the information provided. I provide the service with the care and skill expected of a professional in my field. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms. Changes are published on this page and apply to future bookings; the version you accepted at booking applies to that booking.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian and European law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
10. Cookie Policy
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Only when you click to open the booking calendar (Calendly and Stripe) or to play a video (YouTube) may those providers set their own cookies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
11. Disclaimer (Consultations)
Nutritional consultations are based on information provided by the client and are intended for dietary support and education. Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations do not replace medical advice and should not be considered diagnoses or medical prescriptions. The service is provided by a nutritionist registered with the Italian Order of Biologists; if you have a medical condition, follow your doctor’s advice and tell me about your diagnosis and medication.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service, please write to dalila@dalilife-nutrition.com and I will reply within 14 days. As a consumer you can also use out-of-court dispute resolution: in Italy through the bodies recognised under Italian law; in Denmark through the Forbrugerklagenævnet (Consumer Complaints Board). You may also contact the Order of Biologists for matters of professional conduct.
